Ross Brawn, dyrektor techniczny Formuły 1, uważa, że conajmniej cztery zespoły będą miały bardzo duże problemy i mogą nie przetrwać.

Brawn wyjaśnił też, że są dwie opcje na dokończenie sezonu. Pierwszy składa realizację 8 wyścigów, co jest minimum potrzebnym do wyłonienia mistrza świata. Maksymalny wariant zakłada „upchnięcie” 19 wyścigów. Warunkiem jest przywrócenie sezonu na początku lipca i skrócenia weekendów wyścigowych do dwóch dni…
